Mahonia - Μαχόνια

Specie: Mahonia aquifolium.
The idea for this post, him I was lented by oldest post Dot!
With the hazel this month is bloomed and the Mahonia. And the two help in the maintenance and our growth apiary.
Family: Berberidaceae. Specie: Mahonia aquifolium.
H Mahonia belongs in team thicket similarly roughly barberry, as we see from his leaves. They have small yellow flowers, which they smell splendidly. Him visit the bees for the pollen and the nectar from December up to February, which is also their duration of blossoming. In Greece we have as decorative installations such bushes in certain courtyards. It is multiplied with seeds.
